Mobile Ice Cream Trailer

Our mobile ice cream trailer can serve event groups of more than 300 people and can hold 10 different flavors of ice cream. Our trailer option works great for outdoor events and operates between April and October. We are licensed and insured, completely self-sufficient with a quiet generator and our own water supply; you simply provide a spacious and level area for us to set up.

Cost breakdown for mobile ice cream trailer

Travel: The cost is $1 per mile one way from our base address

Time: This unit is $100 for the first hour, then $50 per additional hour

Product: The limited menu is $4.00 for single servings in a cup, cone, or ice cream float. The full menu is $5.00 for single or double scoops in a cup, cone, ice cream float, sundae, milkshake, or ice cream sandwich.

Ice Cream Push Cart

Our new push cart unit can serve event groups of up to 100 people and can hold 5 different flavors of ice cream. Our cart option works great for indoor or outdoor events and operates year round. No electricity is needed as our ice cream push cart is equipped with cold plates to hold freezing temperature for 8+ hours!

Time: This unit is $75 for the first hour, then $30 per additional hour

Product: The limited menu is $4.00 for single servings in a cup, cone, or ice cream float.

Details: cups, spoons, napkins, and servers are included. To reserve your desired date and time we require a small deposit.

Payment: we accept cash, check, card* and Venmo* (*3.5% processing fee applies). Final payment is expected the day of the event before BBIC staff depart.
